Our office has a cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than two business days’ notice, as well as missed in-clinic, video, cystoscopy or telephone appointments without notification, are subject to a fee. We must be notified  by phone at 778-433-6620. This fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled. Exceptions may be made in cases of extenuating circumstances.
